NIGHTLY RATES, SERVICE CHARGE, TAXES, PEAK PERIOD
Nightly rates are is US$ dollars, and are based on the European Plan (that is, no meals are included with nightly rates), and are subject to $6.50 per person/per night government room tax and 15% service charge. These rates are for single or double occupancy. Extra person nightly charge is $62 per person/night per room. Note: For the peak period, Christmas/New Year’s, Dec. 19, 2008 – Jan. 06, 2009, a minimum of 7 nights stay is required. Our service charge covers gratuities for all employees. Nevertheless, additional gratuities are at your discretion. A 15% service charge and a 5% N.A.O.B. Sales tax applies to consumption items and services purchases. TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP TO THE CLUB.
Guests are temporary members of the Harbour Village Beach Club which allows them access to the Club’s facilities (beach, tennis, fitness room, guest lounge) and other resort facilities at any time during their stay. The Club Concierge will help guests with their needs during their stay. Off-hours emergency phone numbers are provided.
CHILDREN
Children of all ages are welcome at Harbour Village. There is no charge for children under 16 years old staying in the parent's room sharing existing bedding. Children are subject to the regular government tax of $6.50 p.p/night.
DINING
Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at the seaside La Balandra Restaurant from 7:30AM to 10:30PM. Beach bar service is available from 10:00AM to 8:00PM. A private, candlelit dinner on the beach may also be arranged through prior reservation. Other dining site options may be arranged according to occupancy and at the management discretion. RESERVATION POLICY, CONDITIONS & CANCELLATIONS DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS: A deposit of 25% of the total package price is required to confirm all reservations. Balance in full is due 14 days prior to arrival. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to arrival. For reservations falling over the peak period of Christmas / New Years, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required and a non-refundable full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Rates and Conditions are subject to change without notice. Other conditions may apply at peak periods or special programs and group travel.

Please advise Harbour Village reservations of your flight arrival and departure information so that your transfer arrangements may be made.
